The church is led by a team of lay leaders – called ‘Elders’ – who work together to oversee the work of the church.

Jo Napper
Jo was involved in starting the church in 1992. Jo works as a Human Resource professional. He is married to Gill and has four children. He also chairs a youth trust, is a member of a City Livery company, and enjoys the occasional game of golf.

Bob Skinner
Bob has been part of the leadership since it started in 1992. Bob works as a senior practitioner and manager in Social Services within Surrey. He is married to Margaret, and has a son.

Andrew Henderson
Andrew joined the leadership team in 2005 after many years of experience of leadership in other churches. Andrew retired recently from HM Revenue & Customs.  He is married to Shelagh who also recently retired from teaching. Andrew is involved in a trust working with churches and their workers in Romania.
