If you are in need of prayer support type your request or need in the box opposite. Enter your name and contact details if you want to get a confirmation response that your request has been received. If you wish to remain anonomous, just tick the 'I wish to remain anonomous' checkbox, leave the name and contact details empty and submit the request. Those in the church will pray for your need.
